The Science of Being
Chapters 1–4
The Lived Mechanism
The soul interface, energetic homeostasis, emotion as energetic technology, and embodied eternity across the domains of ordinary life.
Chapters 5–8
Scaling the Mechanism
Iteration and regeneration, measuring mastery, the edges of coherence, and collective fulfillment at civilizational scale.
A Unified Theory of Energy, Consciousness and the Architecture of Existing
What humanity calls aging, decline, and fragmentation isn't the natural outcome of time. It's the predictable outcome of regulatory failure — and this book sets out to prove it, chapter by chapter, from the cellular to the civilizational.
Selena Spicer, Ph.D.
Chapters 9–10
Cross-Traditional Evidence
The prototype pattern across Toltec, Buddhist, Indigenous, and Hebrew Israelite wisdom traditions, and a cultural regulatory reading of Romans 8.
Chapters 11–12 + Epilogue
The Formal Framework
A unified theory with five falsifiable predictions, and the Twelve Principles and Twelve Laws of the Eternity Paradigm.
Coherence is the governing variable of every living system.
The Argument
The book is organized in two movements. The first four chapters establish the lived mechanism — how individual systems fragment, and how they restore coherence through regulation, emotional completion, and embodied practice. The remaining eight chapters scale that same mechanism outward through civilizational history, ancient wisdom traditions, and formal theoretical synthesis — arriving at a unified scientific framework with testable predictions.
The book formally names this framework The Eternity Paradigm™, and coins the term embodied reality — matter understood as stabilized coherence.
"Deterioration is not the natural consequence of time. It is the measurable consequence of allostatic load."
